reminder for all followers of this page, please do not introduce q tips into your ears. It only has negative effects, you might damage your ear canal or your ear drum while introducing it and it becomes a problem of your lifetime.
Q-tips are usually used to clean ears but fact is that they push wax and debris more inside as shown in one of the figure, and with passage of time this wax accumulates and becomes even harder to remove for ENT doctors too.
Nature has a mechanism through which wax is usually expelled from ear itself, u don't need to worry about cleaning ur ears coz nature does it.
In case of any ear blockage or pain you guys should go to ur nearby ENT Doctor.
